Veronica is a registered dietitian and has been working with children and families for more than 15 years. While her love for lactation began early in her nutrition studies, it was directly working with families to address various childhood feeding and growth concerns that sparked a desire to be able to better support families in navigating such a unique feeding journey. After breastfeeding her own children and seeing how important support was in early parenthood, she decided to pursue her lactation certification. Veronica especially loves in-home visits and helping families thrive in their own environment to achieve their breastfeeding goals.
She is excited to continue to dive deep into the field of lactation to learn and grow and be able to further support families with the complexities of infant feeding.
Veronica is a mom of three, owner of Little Seedlings Nutrition and is passionate about supporting families at different stages of feeding their child to create a healthy relationship with food. When she is not working with families, you will find her running or hiking outdoors, traveling or spending time with her husband, children and dog.
Veronica offers office visits at our Atascocita office location and home visits in the Humble, Atascocita, Kingwood, Crosby, Porter, Huffman and surrounding areas.

Rhiannon discovered her passion for lactation support during orientation to her first RN Neonatal ICU position. She became passionate about helping people provide breast milk to their babies either through pumping or breast/chest feeding. After becoming a mother herself, and a difficult breastfeeding journey with her own baby, she became even more passionate after realizing there isn’t a ton of support in the area. Rhiannon and her family moved to Portland, OR in 2016 where she had the opportunity to train as a peer counselor and support lactating people over the phone. She continued working in the NICU and supporting families there. Her family moved again in 2017 to Seattle, WA where she worked in a NICU that encouraged her to obtain her IBCLC, which she accomplished in 2021. Rhiannon and her family moved back to the Houston area in 2021 and she spent time working in the NICU and supporting families. She is an advocate for informed decision making, meeting people where they are at, and working as a collaborative team. In her free time you can find her spending time with family and friends, reading, and spending time in nature.
Rhiannon offers home visits in Bellevue, Washington and surrounding areas.
