Do you accept insurance?
Yes. We partner with The Lactation Network to offer services at no cost to the client. To verify your insurance coverage, click below. We will both be notified of your insurance eligibility within 1 business day.
We are also in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas. We provide our services at no out of cost to BCBSTX members.
My insurance coverage was denied, now what?
Our services are available at the cash rate listed on our services page. You are welcome to cash pay and request reimbursement with your insurance company. We also provide a super bill and accept FSA and HSA accounts for payment.
What is IntakeQ and why am I getting emails from them?
IntakeQ is our medical health records platform that is used to coordinate appointments and patient care. Please complete the intake form 24 hrs. prior to your scheduled appointment time. Registering for the IntakeQ portal allows you to view after visit summaries with customized care plans, schedule follow up appointments, view instructional resources, and more.

Do you offer home visits?
We do offer home visits for a $60 travel/convenience fee. This fee is not covered by insurance. If your visit is covered by insurance, you will be charged $60. If you are paying cash for your visit, you will be responsible for paying your service fee plus $60.
What are the benefits of an office appointment?
While we understand it can be difficult to manage to get out of the house with a newborn. An office visit allows you to remove any distractions from your home environment (ie-animals, siblings, etc.) Our office is private and you will not be in common waiting areas. After 6pm, Fridays, and weekends, the office is closed to public except for our practice.
Can I bring support people with me to my consultation?
Bringing a support person or partner is highly encouraged when possible. Due to space constraints, we request that only ONE partner/support person attend consultation with mother and baby.
I need to reschedule my consultation. How do I do that?
We completely understand the unpredictable nature of newborns. Please contact us via phone or text at 281-626-8241 at least 24 hours before your appointment, to avoid being charged any cancellation fees.
What to expect on my appointment day?
You will receive an email from us with details of what to bring and what to expect for your upcoming appointment.
Do you offer hospital grade breast pump rentals?
YES! We offer the Unimom Opera hospital grade pump. You can rent for 2 weeks at a time or 1 month at a time. Each new pump rental requires the one time purchase of a pump kit for $40.
Do you deliver your rental pumps?
Unfortunately, not at this time. If you would like to rent a pump from us, you will need to schedule a pick up day at our Atascocita office location. However, if you are a current client, receiving services in your home, your IBCLC may be able to deliver your rental at your next consultation.
